Real Estate Property Advisor

A Turkish/English property advisor, in text and live voice, that answers only from a live listing inventory — search requests become exact filters by rules, and every match cites its listing code.

The problem

Property questions are structured — rooms, size, price, district — and a language model asked to “find a 2+1 under 30,000 TL” will happily invent a listing that sounds right.

What I built

  • Turkish and English requests turned into exact filters by fixed rules with no model call — “1+1”, “70 ile 90 metrekare”, “30 bin TL”, and district names with or without Turkish letters.
  • Answers cite listing reference codes, matches show as clickable cards, and “nothing matches” is said plainly.
  • When part of a request cannot be applied — a foreign currency, an unknown place, conflicting sizes — it asks one clarifying question instead of running a partial search.
  • Each turn is grounded in exactly one source: the inventory, document search or a built-in fact sheet. Live voice uses the same inventory and wording through a shared grounding component.
  • An admin listing panel with a status board; only active listings are ever shown to the public.

Honest scope
